This is theme 13 - Roof. In my case, the meaning is figurative - "The Roof of the World" (somehow somewhere I heard that the highest mountain in Skyrim was called so, it was imprinted in my mind)

The legendary Jurgen Windcaller travels along the snowy paths of the highest point of Tamriel - a mountain called the Throat of the World.

Harsh rocks, snow, and dark skies. "Sky Above. Voice within" - is the famous quote, the main meaning of the Way of the Voice, which Jurgen chose after his defeat and meditation.
