Inktober2019 - Day 4: Psijic

The fourth day for Inktober from ZOS gave us all the task of portraying psijic! So why not portray a few psijics?

I decided to show Psijics at the time of the decision to bring Artaeum to Nirn, opening own borders after they saw a warning about the attempt to penetrate the island of Mephala's forces.
